控制流失生工作是既是班主任工作的职责,也是应尽的义务。为此作为班主任要从学生的实际出发,因人而异,采取不同的策略,认真做好控“流”工作,这对于保证九年义务教育的有效实施,促进学生的健康发展具有重要意义。要做好控“流”工作,可以从以下两个方面去实践:一是用爱心留住学生;二是用行动留住学生。
