为探索5%丁草胺颗粒剂在稻田中的除草效果及对作物的安全性,为指导大田应用提供科学依据,特在早稻本田及晚稻秧田进行有关试验,并在全县当年晚稻本田推广5万亩。现将结果报告如下: 一、试验设计与方法供试药剂①5%丁草胺颗粒剂(昆山陆扬精细化工厂产);②60%丁草胺乳油(昆山化工厂产);③5O%杀草丹乳油(日本组合化学株式会社产)。 (一)秧田除草试验: 供试水稻品种为汕优6号,分3个时期用药,即播种塌谷后(6月27)、秧苗1叶1心期(7月1日)和2叶1心期(7月4日)。在各期均设亩用5%丁草胺颗粒剂0.5公斤、0.75公斤、1.0公斤、2.0公斤及不用药(对照)。1叶1心期增加50%杀草丹乳油每亩100毫升,2叶1心
