舆论监督是社会发展的要求、新闻工作的职责、人民群众的愿望、党和政府改进工作的手段。正确开展舆论监督,是推进社会主义民主政治建设的需要,是密切党和政府同人民群众之间血肉联系的需要,是树立党和政府的良好形象的需要,也是维护社会稳定的需要。本文试图探讨地方党报(省、自治区、直辖市党报和地级市、州、盟党报)舆论监督逐渐弱化的问题及其解决办法。
Public opinion supervision is a requirement of social development, a duty of journalism, a desire of the masses, and a means by which the party and the government improve their work. Correctly monitoring public opinion is the need to push forward the construction of socialist democracy and the need to establish closer ties between the party and the government and the masses of the people, the need to establish a good image of the party and the government, and the need to maintain social stability. This article attempts to explore the problem of how to gradually weaken the public opinion of local party newspapers (provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and prefectural cities, prefectures and unions) and how to solve them.
