随着工业发展迅猛的今天,无论是在技术革新还是在生产力上都发生了翻天覆地的变化,但是随之而来的就是环境的破环、资源的匮乏。因此,将碱渣进行二次开发与利用已经受到了广大社会的关注,并成为了工业上急需解决的问题。本课题以碱渣为主要研究对象,通过对碱渣的物理化学性质进行研究的基础上,进行脱硫剂的制备。通过进行脱硫的条件试验,选出确保最大脱硫率的脱硫饱和时间的最优条件;通过加入有机酸和电石渣,克服由于碱渣自身所带来的缺陷,提高脱硫率和脱硫饱和时间的同时提高碱渣的利用率。为资源二次开发、生产高效湿式烟气脱硫剂开拓了新的里程碑。“,”With the rapid development of industry today, earth-shaking changes have taken place in both technological innovation and productivity, but what follows is the destruction of the environment and the lack of resources. It opened up anew milestone for the secondary development of resources and the production of high-efficiency wet flue gas desulfurizers.
