水利部水管司于1993年11月5～7日在潘家口管理局召开了潘家口水利枢纽工程闸门及启闭机设备管理等级评定会议。参加会议的有部重大办,部水工金属结构安全监测中心,海河水利委员会、松辽水利委员会、丹江口水利枢纽管理局以及华北、东北八省(市、区)的代表共21人。评定工作是按照《水利工程闸门及启闭机、升船机设备管理等级评定办法》进行的。
The Water Management Department of the Ministry of Water Resources held a rating meeting on equipment management level of the gate and hoist of Panjiakou Water Control Project at Panjiakou Administration Bureau from November 5 to November 1993. A total of 21 people attended the meeting, including representatives from major ministries and ministries, the Ministry of Water Resources Metal Structure Safety Monitoring Center, Haihe River Conservancy Commission, Songliao Water Conservancy Commission, Danjiangkou Water Control Project Authority and representatives from eight provinces (cities and districts) in North China and Northeast China. Assessment work is carried out in accordance with the “water conservancy project gate and hoist, ship lift equipment management rating assessment method”.
