目的:运用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测3种不同浓度中药黄芪复方药液对人白血病细胞的影响。方法:分离人白血病骨髓单个核细胞,MTT法检测不同浓度中药黄芪复方药液对细胞生长的影响。结果:浓度为1g/mL的药液与0.5g/mL、1.5g/mL药液比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。浓度0.5g/mL与1.5g/mL药液比较差异无统计学意义。结论:中药黄芪药液对人白血病细胞体外生长抑制的影响不与药物浓度成正比。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the effect of three different concentrations of Astragalus membranaceus compound on human leukemia cells by MTT assay. Methods: Bone marrow mononuclear cells were isolated from human leukemia cells. MTT assay was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of Astragalus membranaceus compound on cell growth. Results: Compared with 0.5g / mL and 1.5g / mL of drug solution, the concentration of 1g / mL was statistically significant (P <0.05). The concentration of 0.5g / mL and 1.5g / mL liquid compared with no significant difference. Conclusion: The effect of Astragalus membranaceus on the growth inhibition of human leukemia cells is not proportional to the drug concentration.
