20世纪90年代以来,对外直接投资领域发生了新变化,跨国购并逐渐成为国际资本流动的新形式,跨国购并兴起是跨国公司自身发展的需要,也是国际竞争的需要。研究跨国购并的兴起成因、特点,对于我国有效、合理利用跨国购并、吸引外资具有重要意义。
Since the 1990s, new changes have taken place in the area of foreign direct investment. Cross-border mergers and acquisitions have gradually become the new form of international capital flows. The rise of transnational mergers and acquisitions is the need of transnational corporations for their own development and the need of international competition. To study the causes and characteristics of the rise of cross-border mergers and acquisitions is of great significance to our effective and rational use of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and foreign investment.
