建设学习型党组织是建设学习型政党的基础,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观、加强全党思想政治建设、提高党员干部理论武装水平和发展能力的一项重大举措。高校肩负着教书育人、传承先进文化、培育和弘扬中国精神、培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和接班人的历史职责。创建学习型党组织是履行和实现高校历史责任的必然要求。本文浅议了创建学习型高校党组织的实现方法和途径。
Building a learning party is the foundation for building a learning party and a major measure for thoroughly implementing the scientific concept of development, strengthening ideological and political construction of the entire party, and improving the theoretical armed forces and development capabilities of party members and cadres. Colleges and universities shoulder the historical responsibility of educating and educating people, passing on advanced culture, nurturing and promoting the spirit of China, and cultivating qualified builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Establishing a learning party organization is an inevitable requirement for fulfilling and realizing the historic responsibility of colleges and universities. This article discusses the ways and means to establish a learning university party organization.
