高检发研字[1993]9号各省、自治区、直辖市人民检察院,军事检察院:为适应进一步改革开放的需要,最高人民检察院对检察机关重建后至1992年底以前发布的司法解释和其他有关检察业务文件进行了全面清理。经过清理,其中由最高人民检察院单独发布、应予废止的司法解释和业务文件共43件,已经第八届第二次检察委员会议讨论,决定废止。特此通
