目前,网络发展正推动着国内的改革进程,如何通过信息化方式,加强公务员思想政治的工作,对于进一步地提升公务员的思想素质,增强公务员队伍建设将有着重要的意义。笔者在本文中,将针对现阶段公务员的状况,分析其思想政治存在的问题,结合网络信息的发展,提出相应的对策,以增强公务员队伍的内部建设。
At present, the development of the Internet is driving the reform process in our country. How to strengthen the ideological and political work of civil servants by means of informationization will be of great significance for further enhancing the ideological quality of civil servants and enhancing the contingent building of civil servants. In this paper, the author will analyze the status quo of the civil servants and analyze the existing problems in the ideological and political conditions. In combination with the development of network information, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures to enhance the civil servants’ internal construction.
