作者等自85年以来曾收治两例健康青年因治疗面部雀斑,於面部涂抹以石炭酸(酚)为主要成分的药液后,迅即发生唇绀,抽搐,面色苍白,神志丧失,心音、血压、脉搏消失,心电图证实为心室颤动经心肺复苏等抢救而愈的病例。另收集到两例,在此之前因接受同样治疗,出现上述临床表现,抢救无效而死亡者,共计四例。现将本组四例的反应经过,临床表现,死因探讨报导如下。一、“雀斑液”组成及治疗方法“雀斑液”系由我市某乡医院自配,其主要成分为50％石炭酸及75％酒精。治疗方法:治前先给杜冷丁100mg,复方冬眠灵2ml肌注。
