I相Q热立克次体Ohio株纯化全细胞抗原(WC)经氯仿-甲醇处理后,获得提取物(CME)和残渣(CMR)。经测定,CMR含有蛋白质、磷酸、中性糖、KDO类似物以及Ⅰ相脂多糖。用CMR作疫苗,腹腔注射C_(57)BL/10 ScN小鼠(内毒素非应答小鼠)进行免疫。注射CMR后的第3天即可在小鼠体内测出抗Ⅱ相特异性抗体,直至35天其效价继续上升;在注射7~14天后出现抗Ⅰ相特异性抗体,随CMR免疫剂量的不同,35天后能否检出抗Ⅰ相抗体不一。免疫小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞在体外对ConA、PHA或PMW等非特异性促有丝分裂原和同源的WC或CMR特
