企业效能监察是对企业生产经营管理的效益、效率、质量及安全等方面实施的一种行政监察活动。近年来,开展企业效能监察己逐渐成为国有企业纪检监察部门参与企业内部监督管理的一种重要手段,这也是新时期企业纪检监察为生产经营服务的重要职能。就如何强化企业监督监察机制,更好地发挥效能监察的作用,西山煤电集团公司进行了一些有益思考和积极探索,取得了一些成效。
