以多个或具代表性的典型籼、粳亚种间杂交稻组合为材料,分析了亚种间杂交稻籽粒充实特征及部分亚杂组合籽粒充实不良的成因。结果表明:就总体平均而言,亚种间杂交稻的籽粒充实度低于常规籼、粳稻品种,且组合间的变异大;亚种间杂交稻的产量源库特征为库容量大,结实期的物质生产优势明显,物质运转率低,光合同化物向经济器官的运转率低是部分亚杂组合籽粒充实不良的一个重要原因;灌浆初期籽粒的生理活性(IAA和ATP含量、ATP酶和淀粉合成酶活性),亚杂组合低于汕优63,物质运转率低的组合(PC311/早献党18)小于物质运转率高的组合(测03/扬稻4号),灌浆初期籽粒库的生理活性低是亚种间杂交稻物质运转率低和籽粒充实不良的重要因素;在抽穗始期喷施低浓度Spm和IAA,可增加籽粒库的活性及其对同化物的调运能力,提高籽粒的充实度。
Based on the results of multiple or representative combinations of typical indica and japonica intergeneric hybrid rice, the characteristics of grain filling in sub-subspecies hybrid rice and the causes of incomplete filling of sub-hybrid grains were analyzed.
