近年来,伴随着我国经济实力的增强,国家加大了基本建设的投资力度,在交通基础设施方面最为突础。现阶段,公路建设市场不断开放,投资渠道也变得多元化,但是公路建设的投资量大、建设周期长,且过程复杂,最终出现了公路建设资金管理混乱的现象。因此,为了确保公路建设资金的使用合理,防止资金流失,本文拟从公路建设资金管理存在的问题出发,着重探讨了优化公路建设资金管理的方法。
In recent years, with the enhancement of China’s economic strength, the state has increased investment in capital construction and most notably in terms of transportation infrastructure. At this stage, the road construction market is constantly opening up and the investment channels diversified. However, the investment in road construction is large, the construction period is long, and the process is complicated. Finally, there appears chaos in the highway construction fund management. Therefore, in order to ensure the rational use of funds for highway construction and prevent the loss of capital, this paper intends to explore the ways to optimize the funds management of highway construction from the problems existing in the funds management of highway construction.
