目前高职高专体育教学模式对《体育教学纲要》中规定的四个领域目标均有所涉及,在发展学生身体素质和提高运动技能两个方面能够达到国家要求的标准,但是在心理健康和社会适应两个方面落实不尽人意,而拓展训练恰好能够弥补这两方面的不足,针对不同层次的学生合理开展不同层次的拓展训练,对提高学生综合素质具有重要作用。目前我国高职高专传统体育课内容主要包括田径、篮球、足球、排球等传统体育项目,多数项目虽然是团队项目但是学习过程中在增强学生团队合作意识方面并不理想,主要还是以个人锻炼为主,拓展训练以亲身体验、经验分享的方式为主,通过组建团队、感情教育、挑战自我和团队竞赛等多门课程有针对性地提高学生身体和心理健康水平,对增强学生团队合作意识,养成坚忍不拔毅力,提高抗压抗挫折能力及提高竞争意识具有良好作用,那么在高职高专院校如何合理的因地制宜地开展好拓展训练是当前我们高职高专体育教师要重点解决的问题。
