1目前国库集中支付工作亟待研究解决的问题由于我国市场经济还很不完善,国库集中支付工作与西方发达国家相比也处于起步阶段,实际工作中出现的问题有其特殊性和复杂性,问题的解决需要一个过程。对改革中出现的问题应抓住重点,区别对待。目前国库集中支付工作的任务仍很繁重,相关部门只有对具体问题做出具体分析和深入研究,才能提出切实可行的办法,保证这项改革的顺利完成。
1 At present, treasury centralized payment work urgently needs to be studied and solved. As China’s market economy is still not perfect, treasury centralized payment work is still in its infancy compared with western developed countries. The problems that arise in actual work have their own particularities and complexities. Problems The solution needs a process. The problems that appear in the reform should grasp the key points and treat them differently. At present, the task of central treasury payment work is still very heavy. Only when relevant departments make concrete analysis and in-depth study of specific issues can practical solutions be put forward to ensure the smooth completion of this reform.
