针对目前高职教育的特点以及中国传统教育的现状,提出吸收“以学生为中心”的教学理念,并结合设计专业课程教学的特点做实践性的探索。尤其是联合国教科文组织提出倡导教育的四大功能:学会认知、学会做事、学会做人、学会共处,其中后两大功能是针对教育人而言的。“教书育人”“因材施教”是我国优秀的传统教育形式,在教育过程中体现人性的关怀,特别是注重人的个体性差异,客观地选择教育的方式、方法。如果在教学中毫不考虑这些差异,采用千篇一律“大一统”的教学模式,势必会抹杀个体能力的发挥。
In view of the current characteristics of higher vocational education and the status quo of Chinese traditional education, this paper puts forward the teaching idea of absorbing “students as the center ” and makes practical exploration based on the characteristics of the teaching of design specialty course. In particular, UNESCO put forward four major functions of promoting education: learning to recognize, learn to do things, learn to be human, and learn to live together, with the latter two major functions being directed at educators. “Teach and educate people” “Teach students according to their aptitude ” is an outstanding traditional form of education in our country. It embodies the care of human nature in the process of education, especially paying attention to the individual differences of people and objectively choosing the methods and methods of education. If we do not consider these differences in teaching, adopting the teaching mode of “stereotyped unity” will undoubtedly destroy the individual ability.
