H2S气体危害极大,北方地区某发酵工艺制药厂废水处理过程中产生大量H2S气体,设计采用化学洗涤工艺加以处理。对于该化学洗涤工艺的设计,需考虑如何克服冬季低温、昼夜温差等气候因素的制约;且必须着重考虑如何防止H2S泄漏、设备故障等因素对运行人员造成的危害;而且通过较高的自动控制水平,保障工艺稳定运行及操作人员的健康、安全;另外,H2S化学洗涤工艺排放的浓水需再经过生化处理使系统中的硫化物得以彻底消除。该工艺设计需满足《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554—93)、《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB 16297—1996)以及《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》(GBZ 2—2002)的要求。
