在厅党委的领导下，我队从元月2日至2月13日，在绘图、复照晒图、统计、打字、财会等工种上，运用了新近出现的大搞群众运动的一种有效形式，确保“开门红”为中心的技术表演赛，参加表演者共73人次，参观者则达400人次之多，不仅是形式新颖、热闹非凡，而且收获巨大，效果空前。在开展技术表演赛中我们采取了以下的做法：
