手提式Vacu-Blast玻璃珠喷砂机,重量轻,体型小,能清除镀铬金属模环路上的胶丸沉积物。这些物质损害镀铬金属模的表面光洁度。通常是用手洗,需要待模子冷却后,从夹具上移下来清洗,清洗周期2～3天,而且手洗有损害健康的危险。射击喷砂法,模子在夹具上还热的时候就能清洗,整个操作时间只需15分钟。而且,使用了该新法,一年后,只是使镀铬金属模有轻微发暗。
Hand-held Vacu-Blast glass bead sandblaster, light weight, small size, removes chrome deposits from the chromed metal mold loop. These materials impair the surface finish of chromed metal molds. Usually wash by hand, after the mold needs to be cooled down, remove it from the jig for cleaning. The cleaning cycle is 2 to 3 days, and the hand wash poses a danger to health. Shooting blasting, the mold can be cleaned when the fixture is still hot, the entire operation time is only 15 minutes. Moreover, the new law was used, only a year later, the chrome metal molds were slightly darken.
