“益心液”系由黄芪、黄精、葛根等中药组成,临床用于治疗慢性心肌缺血有比较好的疗效,为了确定临床的安全剂量。我们对其毒性进行了研究,现将实验结果报告如下: 材料方法和结果药物来源:由我院制剂室提供,先采用蒸馏法收集蒸馏液,将药渣用水煎酒沉法制成1:1、1:4、1:8浓度,使用时把水煎剂与蒸馏液按比例混匀即可。
“Yixin liquid” is composed of Chinese medicinal herbs such as Astragalus membranaceus, Rhizoma Polygonati, and Pueraria radix. It is clinically useful for the treatment of chronic myocardial ischemia and has a good therapeutic effect, in order to determine the clinical safe dose.
