传统的病理学方法主要是通过对病变的组织学观察来诊断疾病。这在肿瘤病理诊断中,区别重度异型增生与早期癌及交界性肿瘤的诊断方面,存在一定困难。对肿瘤预后判断的指标,如肿瘤分化分级、脉管侵犯,临床病理分期等的估价也带有较强的主观性,各观察者间有一定差异。因此,肿瘤工作者们一直在探索较客观的定量诊断及预后指标,DNA含量及AgNORs定量测定技术就是近年来发展起来的两项肿瘤定量研究新技术,现将此两项技术的发展情况及其在大肠癌研究中的意义综述如下。一、DNA含量测定的方法学
