随着国有企业改革的不断深化和市场经济的不断完善,企业在变革中面临着新的机遇和挑战。思想政治工作在企业的改革、稳定、发展中愈来愈多地担负着重要的任务,新的形势和任务对企业思想政治工作提出了更高要求。本文通过对“美国心理学家麦克里兰(McCleland)的胜任特征模型”和“中共中央组织部公开选拔党政领导干部提出的素质构成”等胜任力研究,根据政工干部胜任力模型的要求,对政工干部的现状进行了分析,查找了存在的问题及原因,提出了提升政工干部素质能力的方法和途径。
With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the continuous improvement of the market economy, enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges in the process of change. Ideological and political work increasingly and more assume important tasks in the reform, stabilization and development of enterprises. The new situation and tasks have set higher demands on the ideological and political work in enterprises. Through the research on the Competency Model of American Psychologist McCleland and the Quality Constituent Proposed by the Central Organization Department of CPC Central Committee, Model requirements, the status quo of political cadres were analyzed to find the problems and causes, put forward ways and means to enhance the quality of political cadres.
