定向凝固技术具有工艺简单、操作方便、生产效率较高等优点,能够降低太阳电池的成本。本文介绍了采用喷涂Si_3N_4粉的石英坩埚制备半结晶硅试验。以该晶体为基体材料,按常规工艺制备的太阳电池,在100毫瓦/厘米~2光强下,转换效率已达7.5%(面积为4厘米~2)和6.3%(面积为28.26厘米~2),光谱响应的峰值偏向于短波长方向,用作袖珍计算器的电源,在室内光强下有清晰的数字显示。
Directional solidification technology has the advantages of simple process, convenient operation and high production efficiency, which can reduce the cost of the solar cell. This paper describes the preparation of semicrystalline silicon from a quartz crucible sprayed with Si_3N_4 powder. Using the crystal as the base material, the solar cell prepared according to a conventional process has a conversion efficiency of 7.5% (area of 4 cm ~ 2) and 6.3% (area of 28.26 cm ~ 2) at a power of 100 mW / cm ~ 2) The peak of the spectral response is biased in the short wavelength direction and is used as a power source for pocket calculators with a clear digital display at room light levels.
