中小企业的经济行为并非是单个的孤立行为,而是充分体现社会嵌入性的社会关系网络行为。因此,新经济社会学的社会关系网络理论在我国中小企业国际化战略实施中具有现实意义,同时,关系网络在中小企业的跨国经营中发挥着重要作用。我们由此提出命题:中小企业要成功地实施国际化战略,必须依赖于企业家充分利用社会关系网络生成的资源和能力,尤其是不可多得的核心资源与核心能力来建立国际竞争优势,进而取得预期的国际经营绩效。基于此命题,本文构建了一个基于社会网络的中小企业国际化模型,并通过实证研究验证了模型中“中小企业社会网络—国际竞争优势—国际化绩效”这一理论脉络。
The economic behavior of small and medium-sized enterprises is not a single isolated behavior, but fully embodies social embedded social networking behavior. Therefore, the theory of social relations network of new economic sociology is of practical significance in the implementation of the internationalization strategy of SMEs in our country. At the same time, the network of relationships plays an important role in the transnational management of SMEs. Therefore, we put forward the proposition: To successfully implement the internationalization strategy, SMEs must rely on entrepreneurs to make full use of the resources and capabilities generated by the social network, especially the rare core resources and core capabilities to establish the international competitive advantage. Achieve the expected international business performance. Based on this proposition, this paper constructs a model of internationalization of SMEs based on social networks, and verifies the theoretical context of “SME social network - international competitive advantage - international performance ” in the model through empirical research.
