天生桥一级水电站混凝土面板堆石坝垫层的现代化设计与施工

天生桥一级混凝土面板堆石坝垫层采用的是高产量人工砂石系统过 # 3筛生产的灰岩料 ,垫层施工实践证明 :(1)对垫层而言 ,该灰岩料符合现代级配标准 ,碾压效果良好 ,生产简单、廉价 ;(2 )对高混凝土面板堆石坝而言 ,如果计划采用同一人工砂石骨料系统生产垫层料和混凝土骨料 ,则施工计划需要仔细考虑 ,为防止材料短缺耽误面板施工 ,垫层料生产应有储备 ;(3)因为边坡冲刷修复条件较困难 ,碾压效果总是较常规碾压差 ,所以边坡表面保护非常重要 ,应避免出现不必要的冲刷 ,在劳动力便宜的国家 ,手工铺砂浆较喷混凝土、沥青乳胶或稀释物更具竞争力 ;(4 )为避免垫层或混凝土面板后面水压上升 ,上游区临时排水是重要的 ,虽然可不依赖水泵系统 ,但由于可能出现排水管被堵塞的情况 ,所以应设置水泵竖井 ;(5)面板开口是大多数高混凝土面板堆石坝都会出现的一种现象 ,原因是低处填筑坝体的变形和混凝土面板的刚性 ,采用浆液填塞开口简单、方便 .
