本文从管理心理学绩效理论出发,运用卡氏16PF量表对公安系统三个不同层次的群体进行测验,通过样本间差异检验和显著性分析,认为公安民警的个性素质状况,是影响和制约工作绩效水平的重要因素。同时,进一步提出了构成公安民警个性素质优秀品质的系统,表现在九个方面上的个性品质,并相应按其在行为中的重要性,区分三个层次。其中,自律谨严和有恒负责的个性品质,对于公安民警提高工作绩效水平是最为重要的个性因素。
Based on the theory of performance management psychology, the paper uses the 16PF card scale to test the public security system at three different levels. Through the test of variance and significant analysis, it is considered that the quality of public security police is influenced and restricted An important factor in performance level. At the same time, it further puts forward the system that constitutes the outstanding quality of policemen’s personality quality, which is manifested in nine aspects of personality quality and correspondingly divided into three levels according to their importance in behavior. Among them, the self-discipline is cautious and there is a constant and responsible personality quality, which is the most important personality factor for the policemen to improve work performance.
