本文报道一组51例非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者血清β_2微球蛋白(β_2M)放射免疫分析(RIA)法检测结果。并对其中30例经化疗获缓解者进行动态观察,以供参考。 1 材料和方法 1.1 病例:NHL患者51例,男31例,女20例,年龄18~86岁,平均51岁,全部病例均经病理确诊的本院住院及出院后随访者;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者分别为1、16、28、6例。40例正常对照组为本院学生、职工及健康查体者,男23名,女17名,年龄17~60岁,平均41岁。 1.2 方法:应用RIA法,放免药盒由北京中国原子能科学研究院提供,并按说明书提供的双抗法进行检测,检测仪器为中科院上海原子核研究所日环仪器厂生产的FMJ—182型放射免疫γ计数器。
This article reports the results of a radioimmunoassay (RIA) assay of β_2 microglobulin (β_2M) in 51 patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). And 30 of them were relieved by chemotherapy for dynamic observation, for reference. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case: NHL patients in 51 cases, 31 males and 20 females, aged 18 to 86 years, mean 51 years old, all cases were pathologically diagnosed in our hospital and discharged after follow-up; Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ patients were 1,16,28,6 cases. 40 normal control group of hospital students, staff and health examination, 23 males and 17 females, aged 17 to 60 years, mean 41 years. 1.2 Methods: RIA method, radioimmunoassay kit provided by the Beijing Institute of Atomic Energy, and according to instructions provided by the double-antibody method for detection, detection apparatus for the Shanghai Institute of Atomic Energy Institute of Nuclear Instrument FMJ-182 type radioimmunoassay γ counter.
