目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清脂联素(ADP)水平变化及其与梗死体积的关系。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法检测脑梗死组及对照组血清ADP水平。将脑梗死组分为腔梗组和非腔梗组。结果:脑梗死组发病48 h内的血清ADP水平显著低于对照组,且与梗死体积呈显著负相关,腔梗组ADP水平显著高于非腔梗组。结论:急性脑梗死患者发病48 h内血清ADP水平降低,与梗死体积呈负相关,血清ADP水平检测有助于急性脑梗死的早期诊断和严重程度的判断。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum adiponectin (ADP) level and its relationship with infarct volume in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Serum ADP levels in cerebral infarction group and control group were detected by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. The cerebral infarction group was divided into two groups: non-lumen group and non-lumen group. Results: Serum ADP levels in cerebral infarction group within 48 h after onset were significantly lower than those in control group, and were negatively correlated with infarct volume. The ADP level in infarction group was significantly higher than that in non-occluded group. Conclusion: The level of serum ADP is decreased in patients with acute cerebral infarction within 48 hours of onset, but negatively correlated with the volume of infarction. The detection of serum ADP is helpful for the early diagnosis and severity of acute cerebral infarction.
