介绍了新型急冷混合器的适用范围及其对混合效果的改善情况、对内构件结构简化的贡献、工业应用实例。新型急冷混合器与常规的急冷混合器相比,在混合性能上有较大程度的提高;由于结构简单,其制造及其在反应器内的安装比较方便;由于具有较好的混合性能,与之配套的其它内构件的结构可以适当简化;新型急冷混合器在两套工业装置的反应器内得到了应用,应用结果表明,下段催化剂床层顶部的最大径向温差均小于1℃。
The application range of the new type of quench mixer and its improvement on the mixing effect, the contribution to the structural simplification of the inner member and the industrial application examples are introduced. Compared with the conventional rapid cooling mixer, the new type of rapid cooling mixer has a great improvement in the mixing performance; because of its simple structure, it is more convenient to manufacture and install it in the reactor; because of the better mixing performance, The structure of the other internal components can be simplified appropriately. The new type of quench mixer has been applied in two reactors of industrial plants. The application results show that the maximum radial temperature difference at the top of the lower catalyst bed is less than 1 ℃.
