白薇的《打出幽灵塔》和曹禺的《雷雨》分别是20世纪20年代、30年代揭示封建家庭罪恶的力作。在阐述两部话剧在意象选择、情节构思和女性悲剧等方面有着颇多相似之处的同时,本文亦对两者在抗争主题、情感走向和人物性格命运等方面的不同作了相应的比较分析,并试图通过考察两位剧作家所处的时代背景、个人身世和彼此不同的创作观念来综合剖析这两部剧作,以期对这两位剧作家及其剧作有更深入的思考和理解。
Bai Wei’s “Ghost Tower” and Cao Yu’s “Thunderstorm” are respectively the masterworks of the feudal family in the 1920s and 1930s. While elaborating the similarities between the two plays in terms of image selection, plotting and feminine tragedy, this article also makes a comparative analysis of the differences between the two in terms of the theme of protest, emotional orientation and the character’s fate , And tries to analyze the two dramas synthetically by examining the background of the times in which the two playwrights are located, their individual life experiences and different creative ideas in order to have a deeper thinking and understanding of the two playwrights and their dramas .
