目的比较经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)与经尿道前列腺选择性绿激光汽化术(PVP)的临床疗效。方法将良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者552例,随机分为TURP组264例,PVP组288例,比较两种术式的手术时间、术中出血量、近期疗效及并发症等情况。结果两组患者术后前列腺国际症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(Q max)、残余尿量(RV)较术前显著改善,但差异无显著性。结论 PVP与TURP治疗BPH效果相似。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) and transurethral selective prostatenectomy (PVP). Methods 552 benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) patients were randomly divided into TURP group (264 cases) and PVP group (288 cases). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, short-term curative effect and complication were compared. Results The postoperative IPSS, QOL, Qmax and residual urine volume (RV) of the two groups were significantly improved compared with that before operation, but the difference was insignificant. Conclusion PVP and TURP treatment of BPH similar effect.
