采用关键词词频分析法,对1996-2011年中国知网学术文献总库中有关学科服务的论文进行关键词统计分析,并从关键词词频及词频年度变化的角度揭示学科服务的研究热点和发展趋势。从前50位高频关键词及其频次可以看到:高等学校及高校图书馆是国内学科服务的主要阵地;对国家科学图书馆开展学科服务的实例介绍和研究也较多;10余年来学科服务工作的研究与实践主要集中在学科服务的制度建设与反思、学科服务与信息服务和知识服务关系、服务模式、服务平台、质量评价、队伍建设等方面。
