药学是医学专业的重要组成部分,在医疗救护工作中是不可缺少的。目前,绝大部分医院的药学组织是与临床和医技科室相平行的药剂科。随着医院药学的进展,药剂科已难以完成日益繁重的任务。我院在机构设置改革中,提出了设立与其任务相适应的药学部,并在药学部之下设立门诊药房、病房药房、制剂室、临床药学部、药检、中药房、炮制室等科室,解决了多年来药学工作的一些矛盾,使医院药学工作走上了制度化、规范化的道路。医院设立药学部我们体会到有以下好处:
