本文报告了克什克腾旗白土井,后白土井两个自然屯的克山病现况,为今后连续5年进行病情动态监测建立了基础。鉴于目前克山病现症病人结构变化,建议除加强综合预防外,对潜在型克山病应加强科学管理,对慢型克山病应积极开展治疗。
This article reports the status of Keshan disease in two natural villages of Keshiketeng Banner and Baitoujing and establishes the foundation for the dynamic monitoring of the disease in the future for five consecutive years. In view of the current Keshan disease patients structural changes, it is recommended that in addition to strengthening the comprehensive prevention, the potential Keshan disease should be strengthened scientific management of chronic Keshan disease should be actively carried out treatment.
