加快社区教育,是建设和谐社会的一项基础性工作,对于提高社区居民的思想道德素质、科学文化素质和健康素质,形成和谐人际关系,化解社会矛盾,促进社会稳定具有十分重要的意义。社区教育的特点是全员、全程、全方位,它要求对社区内所有成员,下至婴儿,上至耄耋老人,各个年龄段的人开展教育,而且根据各人不同需求展开,其目的是提升素质,适应社会生活。这些特点使得社区教育需求具有多样性,也时社区教育的师资队伍建设提出了挑战。目前社区学校尚存在着教师素质参差不齐、队伍缺乏管理、教学质量不高等诸多问题,难以适应社区居民日益增长的学习需求,在很大程度上制约了社区教育的发展。本期“发展论坛”摘录了几位社区教育工作者对社区学校教师队伍建设问题的不同观点和建议,以飨读者。
Accelerating community education is a basic task in building a harmonious society. It is of great significance to improving the ideological and ethical standards, scientific and cultural qualities, and health quality of community residents, forming harmonious interpersonal relationships, resolving social conflicts and promoting social stability. Community education is characterized by full, full and comprehensive means.
