本文阐述了外文期刊利用率很低的原因,提出了采取多种措施提高外文期刊的利用率,使之在教学科研中发挥重要的作用。 This article expounds the reason why the utilization rate of foreign periodicals is very low and proposes a number of measures to improve the utilization rate of foreign periodicals so that they play an important role in teaching and research.
