近年来,市场经济的发展和完善使企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,企业对人才的要求也越来越高。作为直接为社会输送技能型人才的技工学校,从某种意义上来说,学生素质的高低决定着今后该企业员工素质的高低。本文从学生、老师和教育内容三方面着手,讨论了技工学校应该怎样开展以及开展什么样的素质教育内容。
In recent years, the development and perfection of the market economy has made the competition between enterprises increasingly fierce, and the demand of the enterprises for talents has also been getting higher and higher. In a sense, as a technical school that directly delivers skilled personnel to the society, the quality of students determines the quality of the employees in the future. This article starts from three aspects of students, teachers and educational contents, and discusses what kind of quality education should be carried out by technical schools.
