国产第一台年产24万吨尿素装置中的衬钛 CO_2汽提塔的试制成功,是贯彻“鞍钢宪法”所取得的重大技术成果。本文提供了采用钨极自动氲弧焊、等离子弧焊、钎焊等先进技术,焊接以钛作衬里的在高温、高压和强腐蚀介质中工作的高压容器的成功经验。这对我国今后以钛材(或以钛材作衬里)制造大型化肥设备、石油化工设备,可作为技术上的借鉴。本文共分三部分:CO_2汽提塔钛衬里的氩弧焊;工业纯钛的等离子弧焊接;钛—钢钎焊。
The successful trial production of the first titanium dioxide-stripping CO_2 stripping tower in China with an annual output of 240,000 tons of urea unit is a major technological achievement achieved through the implementation of the Ansteel Constitution. This article presents the successful experience of using high-pressure vessels such as TIG welding, plasma arc welding, brazing and other advanced technologies to weld titanium-lined high pressure, high pressure and aggressive media. This will be our country in the future to titanium (or titanium lining) to create large-scale fertilizer equipment, petrochemical equipment, as a technical reference. This article is divided into three parts: CO_2 stripper titanium lining argon arc welding; industrial pure titanium plasma arc welding; titanium-steel brazing.
