随着社会不断进步,经济持续发展,各种新技术、新材料应运而生,并被广泛应用到不同行业、领域中,发挥着不可替代的作用。在企业生产过程中,极易受到各种主客观因素的影响,生产的风险系数大大增加,安全事故频繁发生,导致相关的生产活动无法顺利进行。为此,必须多角度、多层次采取各种可行的措施加强风险管理,降低风险系数,确保一系列生产活动顺利进行,减少企业生产成本,实现最大化的经济效益。因此,客观地分析了企业生产中风险管理的重要作用,探讨了应用风险管理的策略。
With the continuous social progress and sustained economic development, various new technologies and new materials have emerged and are widely used in different industries and fields and play an irreplaceable role. In the process of enterprise production, it is easily influenced by various subjective and objective factors, the risk coefficient of production greatly increases, and the frequent occurrence of safety accidents leads to the failure of related production activities to proceed smoothly. To this end, various feasible measures must be taken at various angles and at various levels to strengthen risk management, reduce the risk coefficient, ensure smooth operation of a series of production activities, reduce production costs and maximize the economic benefits. Therefore, an objective analysis of the important role of risk management in the production of enterprises, discusses the application of risk management strategies.
