I am pleased to have the opportunity to be invited to attend the opening ceremony of the “International Symposium on International Accounting Theory” organized by Renmin University of China. On behalf of the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China and on my own behalf, I warmly congratulate the meeting and come all the way from afar Of all the friends and experts, scholars, to all domestic professors and colleagues tribute. The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China established the basic national policy of reform and opening up. In the past 10 years and more, our country has taken the opportunity of reforming and developing the domestic economy, improving the environment for foreign investment, learning and drawing on advanced foreign technologies and management experiences, and actively developing foreign trade,
