目的:筛选关节炎巴布剂的处方,制备性能优良的关节炎巴布剂。方法:采用L9(3)4正交实验法,以聚维酮K90D、酒石酸、甘羟铝、中药量不同配比进行实验,以成型关节炎巴布剂的综合得分(包括初粘力、持粘力、剥离强度及综合感官)为衡量指标,评定不同配比下巴布剂的质量。结果:关节炎巴布剂的优化处方工艺为A2B2C1D3,即聚维酮K90D∶酒石酸∶甘羟铝∶中药量=1.5∶0.5∶0.4∶1.8。结论:采用此优化处方配比制备所得的关节炎巴布剂外观优良,粘弹性及质量较佳。
OBJECTIVE: To screen the prescriptions of arthritis cataplasm and prepare the cataplasm with good performance. Methods: L9 (3) 4 orthogonal test was used to test the povidone K90D, tartaric acid, Sticky force, peel strength and comprehensive senses) as a measure to assess the quality of different concentrations of cataplasm. Results: The optimal formulation of arthritis poultice was A2B2C1D3, namely Povidone K90D: tartrate: glycopyrrol: the amount of traditional Chinese medicine = 1.5: 0.5: 0.4: 1.8. Conclusion: The arthritis cataplasm prepared by this optimal formulation is excellent in appearance, viscoelasticity and quality.
