近年来随着科学管理的需要,质控图在医疗工作中的应用越来越广泛。但目前此法多仅限用于时间序列资料中。这种方法一般要等资料满一年或几年以后再作分析,很明显这不能充分发挥质控图发现问题的及时性,不能为决策者快速调整工作提供依据。本文以病床使用效率这个指标为例,将原来常规的需满一年的资料缩短为一个月即可。1 资料来源与方法 资料来源于我院1995年各月的病床使用情况,针对1996年10月份的实际情况进行分析,将1995年1月至12月的病床使用效率按科别分别计算出,最后以1～12月的平均病床使用效率为标准,将
In recent years, with the need of scientific management, quality control charts have become more and more widely used in medical work. However, this method is currently limited to time series data. This method generally has to wait for the data to be analyzed after one year or several years.
