除害达标后,如何巩固其成果,将“四害”控制在不足为害的水平,是除害达标区面临的新问题。我们认为,只有加强领导、健全组织,提高对巩固除害成果意义的认识,加大宣传力度,除害技术指导,加强达标区四周防护带的除害工作,有一定的经费保证等综合措施,才能使来之不易的除害成果得以巩固,切实改善群众生活环境的卫生质量。
