近年来我们用腹膜透析(以下简称腹透)治疗流行性出血热所致的急性肾功能衰竭疗效相满意;典型病例报告如下: 例1:男,44岁。因畏寒发热,头痛,腰痛,全身皮肤粘膜及消化道出血11天,尿少5天,意识模糊3天入院。实验室检查:尿素氮3.816mmol/L,血肌酐4.27mmol/L,血钾3.59mmol/L,CO_2CP27.18mmol/L。入院诊断:流行性出血热,尿毒症。
In recent years, we use peritoneal dialysis (hereinafter referred to as peritoneal dialysis) for the treatment of acute renal failure caused by acute hemorrhagic fever with satisfactory results; typical cases are reported as follows: Example 1: Male, 44 years old. Due to chills and fever, headache, back pain, systemic skin and mucous membranes and gastrointestinal bleeding for 11 days, less urine for 5 days, confusion 3 days admission. Laboratory tests: urea nitrogen 3.816mmol / L, serum creatinine 4.27mmol / L, serum potassium 3.59mmol / L, CO_2CP27.18mmol / L. Admission diagnosis: epidemic hemorrhagic fever, uremia.
