通过实验室试验研究掺入RAP的水泥混凝土的物理特性。两种类型的RAP(粗和精RAP)材料用来替代同等数量的原生粗的或细的集料。为了减少加入RAP导致的强度损失,在混凝土中也添加了硅粉和高效的减水剂(HRWRA)。制作了总共17批量的混凝土,按照ASTM标准测量抗压强度和劈裂强度,静态抗压弹性模量和稠度指数。测试结果表明随着RAP含量增加,混凝土的强度和弹性模量有规律地减少,稠度指数增加。
Physical properties of cement concrete incorporating RAP were studied by laboratory tests. Two types of RAP (coarse and fine RAP) materials are used to replace the same number of virgin coarse or fine aggregates. In order to reduce the loss of strength caused by the addition of RAP, silica fume and highly efficient water reducer (HRWRA) have also been added to the concrete. A total of 17 batches of concrete were produced and tested for compressive strength and splitting strength, static compressive modulus of elasticity and consistency index according to ASTM standards. The test results show that with the increase of RAP content, the strength and elastic modulus of concrete decrease regularly and the consistency index increases.
