国际并购,无论是国外企业对国内企业的并购,还是国内企业对国外企业的并购,都会发生两个企业之间的团队重组。因为是国际并购,所以团队重组看起来是人员重组,实际上是理念重组、规则重组、机制重组等。团队重组得当,会产生增益效应;团队重组不当,就会产生减益效应。在国际并购战略中,并购的双方都希望通过团队重组能够产生增益而不是相反。通过国际并购中团队重组的机理分析和联想集团并购IBM的PC部门中团队重组的研究,可以发现,重点推进团队的合理重组是国际并购战略的关键,是避免过大的震荡而推动并购后持续成长、保持和获取新的战略优势的基础。
