在空气锤上锻造齿轮毛坯时,当前采用的主要方法有两种,一种是套筒式胎模锻,另一种是普通固定模模锻。为了减轻劳动强度,降低制模成本,便于在少数台空气锤上进行多品种少批量生产,我厂采用了空气锤上通用固定模(图1)。下面就该锻模设计使用中的问题谈几点体会。 1.锻模的快速更换和可靠紧固如图1所示,上模(7)用圆螺母(6)压紧,再用止退销(4)锁定以防松动。实践证明,这种方法可实现上模的快速更换,简便易行。下模(8)的紧固,我厂最初用斜楔,后因下模座(13)两次开裂,才改为图1所示的螺栓压盘结构,螺栓(12)为M33×
In the air hammer forging gear blank, the current main methods used in two, one is a sleeve-type tire forging, and the other is a normal fixed-die forging. In order to reduce labor intensity, reduce the cost of making molds, easy to carry out more varieties and less mass production on a few air hammers, our factory adopts the universal fixed mold of air hammer (Figure 1).
