目的:比较丁香酚和大蒜素与亚胺培南-西司他丁钠对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter Baumanniiin,AB)的体外抑菌作用。方法:根据临床药敏结果选取33株AB多重耐药菌株作为实验对象;采用微量稀释法,测定AB多重耐药菌株对丁香酚、大蒜素分别与亚胺培南-西司他丁钠联用的抑菌效应。结果:丁香酚和大蒜素分别对多重耐药AB的MIC平均值为162.9μg/mL和651.6μg/mL,MIC_(50)为128.0μg/mL和512.0μg/mL;丁香酚与亚胺培南-西司他丁钠联用对54.5%样本菌株表现为协同作用,36.3%表现为相加作用,9.2%表现为无关作用;大蒜素与亚胺培南-西司他丁钠联用对45.4%样本菌株表现为协同作用,54.5%表现为相加作用。结论:丁香酚和大蒜素分别与亚胺培南-西司他丁钠联用后对多重耐药AB的抗菌活性大多表现具有协同和相加作用,其可能对多重耐药AB的治疗及降低抗生素用量有所帮助。
Objective: To compare the in vitro antibacterial activity of eugenol and allicin with imipenem-cilastatin sodium against Acinetobacter baumanniiin (AB). Methods: According to the results of clinical drug susceptibility test, 33 AB multidrug-resistant strains were selected as experimental subjects. The micro-dilution method was used to determine the combination of eugenol and allicin with imipenem and cilastatin sodium Antibacterial effect. Results: The average MIC of eugenol and allicin to multidrug-resistant AB was 162.9μg / mL and 651.6μg / mL, and the MIC 50 was 128.0μg / mL and 512.0μg / mL respectively. The eugenol and imipenem - Cilastatin sodium synergistic effect on 54.5% of the sample strains, 36.3% showed an additive effect, 9.2% showed irrelevant; allicin and imipenem - cilastatin sodium combined with 45.4 % Of the samples showed synergy, 54.5% showed additive effects. CONCLUSION: The antibacterial activity of eugenol and allicin combined with imipenem and cilastatin sodium have synergistic and additive effects on multidrug-resistant AB, which may result in the treatment and decrease of multidrug-resistant AB Antibiotic dosage helps.
